Brian Scott Cardenas
BRIAN SCOTT CARDENAS
Sr. Mortgage Loan Officer | NMLS 183143
Brian Cardenas began his career in the mortgage business in 1992. He has worked for two national mortgage banking companies as well as two large mortgage brokerages prior to co-founding and serving as President of Antigua Capital Funding 1999. As the mortgage industry has changed over the last several years, Brian made the decision to adapt to the changing market by joining AmeriFirst Financial, Inc. in 2012 to give his clients the best service, programs, and rates possible. Brian majored in real estate finance and earned a B.A. in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. He has also received certification from the American School of Mortgage Banking and obtained his Mortgage Broker’s license in 1999. Brian focuses his efforts on exceeding the expectations of his clients. He does that by diligently working to find creative solutions for his client’s particular situation. He takes great pride in the knowledge that he possesses in the mortgage industry and using that knowledge for the benefit of his clients. His belief is that old saying: “If there’s a will, there’s a way” definitely applies in the mortgage business. Unfortunately, many other mortgage lenders feel that if there is an easy way for them to make a loan, even if that’s not the best thing for the client, that’s the way they’ll do it. Even more important than the willingness to work hard for his clients, is Brian’s attention to detail and underwriting perspective that allows him to be certain that he can deliver on his promises. After all, keeping promises is what builds the long-term relationships his business is based upon. Brian and his wife, Dina live in Desert Ridge in Northeast Phoenix with their son Evan, and daughter Cassandra. When not working, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, going to Suns and Diamondback games, golfing, and movies. Brian can always be reached on his mobile phone at 480.233.7897 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
